Being a self-taught chef has been a wonderful journey in knowledge & challenges for me, so many lessons to happily take on. Having a passion in what one loves to me is the greatest achievement one can have. Seeing the joy food brings to others, that's my weakness, love, desire, in continuing to create unique dishes for all to enjoy!
